The Amber Lantern is a five star experience all the way. I have never been there, but I have been to the rose garden, which is pretty mush the same thing. I met a celebrity there once.

It's a very lovely family, hometown restaurant, very clean, fresh food, friendly service each of the 6 times I have been here. We had the burgers, waffles, pasta variety, chicken tenders, French toast, skillets, and more delicious food here. These photos are French toast and farmer's skillet.

We went there for Thanksgiving buffet. The Buffet was great all the food was hot and tasted fantastic and in good supply. The servers were more that polite and serviced our table at least 6 or 7 times with coffee and just to ask if we needed something. I have never had that kind of great service at a buffet and especially not at a busy holiday one. I give credit to all the staff but especially to great management/ownership. We held a birthday lunch at Rose Garden on New Year’s Eve for my mom’s 99th birthday. We had 25 people and the service and food was wonderful. I highly recommend.

Reasonable price, daily specials, large portions. A great senior menu The staff is friendly and thoughtful my coffee cup is never empty.

Took a ride down to Watertown from Beaver Dam for some shopping and other stuff and spotted this place with my girlfriend. She said she had eaten here before and thought the food was great so we gave it a try. I was NOT disappointed! We both ordered a breakfast skillet and they were fantastic. Our waitress (sorry forgot your name) with the southern accent was awesome and friendly. I plan on coming back again to try some of the lunch and dinner options.
